“Ultra Hazardous” Fracking May Be Given Strict Legislation

The Maryland legislature is considering passing legislation that would effectively impose strict liability on drilling companies involved in hydraulic “fracking” in the state—deeming the process an “ultra-hazardous and abnormally-dangerous activity.” [3/30/15]
