Third Circuit: Expert Testimony Supporting Class Certification is Subject to Daubert

The Third Circuit, in an April 8 opinion, joined the Seventh, Eighth, and Ninth Circuits in requiring expert testimony supporting class certification to meet Daubert reliability requirements. [4/10/15]
