Suit Claims Feds Acted Unconstitutionally in Precluding Injury Suits Through GM Bankruptcy Sale

A putative class action lawsuit filed in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims asserts that the federal government acted unconstitutionally in arranging the bankruptcy sale of General Motors assets to a federally-supported “New GM."
