Michigan AG Announces Criminal Charges Against 6 More State Employees in Flint Water Investigation

Michigan Attorney General Bill Schuette announced that his office has criminally charged six additional state employees for their roles in Flint, Michigan’s elevated lead levels in drinking water “Some people failed to act, others minimized harm done and arrogantly chose to ignore data, some intentionally altered figures...and covered up significant health risks,” Schuette said at a news conference announcing the charges.
