Fraud Claims Against Football Helmet Maker Riddell to Proceed

Chief Judge Jerome B. Simandle of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey denied football helmet maker Riddell, Inc.’s motion to dismiss fraud claims against it based on Riddell’s marketing, which claimed that its helmets had “unique concussion reduction technology” and a 31 percent concussion reduction rate.
