Eleventh Circuit Upholds Summary Judgment in Favor of Brand Owner in Bicycle Helmet Injury Case

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit upheld summary judgment in favor of the owner of a brand of bicycle helmets, finding that the brand owner was not a “manufacturer” under Georgia law and had no duty to test the manufacturer’s helmets under U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission regulations.
