Driving Straight Towards Recall

While fire extinguishers, oil-filled heaters, and strollers are on the list of major product recalls within the past year, automotive recalls in particular have been in the news.  Last year the NHTSA levied more than $126 million in fines to automobile manufactures and recalled more than 60 million U.S. vehicles.  Manufacturers of all types should take note of the increasingly intensifying recall climate.
