Third Circuit Dismissal of Complaint Against “Medical Gag Act”

The Third Circuit affirmed dismissal of a doctor’s complaint challenging Pennsylvania’s so-called “Medical Gag Act,” which aimed to prohibit disclosure of chemicals used by oil and gas companies during fracking.  The doctor’s complaint, which argued that the act interfered with his ability to diagnose and treat his patients, was dismissed for lack of Article III standing.
