CDC Investigating E. Coli Outbreak Linked to General Mills Flour

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is investigating a multistate outbreak of E. coli linked to flour produced at a General Mills processing plant in Kansas City, Mo. The CDC said 38 people in 20 states have become infected by a specific strain, known as E. coli 0121. Ten of those people have been hospitalized. General Mills has recalled three brands of flour linked to the outbreak. [6/1/16]
